ALERT! Date Change! Nutcracker Suite Information – From December 6th to December 13th!

Dear Parents,

It’s hard to believe, but winter is just around the corner! If you are receiving this email, your child is enrolled in a ballet class. All dancers 3 and up participate in the Annual Nutcracker Suite. If you your child is in ballet, but not 3 or above, please disregard this email.

PERFORMANCE
Sunday, December 13th, 2015, 11:00AM

Doors will open 20 minutes beforehand at 10:40AM.

DROP OFF
9:15am – 4/5s classes and up
9:30am – 3s and all 3/4s classes

Dancers should dress as they do for ballet class in leotard (color of their class), tights and ballet slippers, hair pulled back in a bun or ponytail.

The dancers are dropped off early so that they can run the show once before the performance at 11:00am. This will allow them to become comfortable with the stage. Pretzels and water will be provided for the children between rehearsal and show time. We encourage families to plan for the 90 minute interim between drop-off and seating. If you do not live nearby, you may want to grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants.
