Renee Pena- Office Manager
Renée
Peña is honored and thrilled to join Discovery Programs as Office
Manager. As a native New Yorker, she is fortunate and proud that the arts
are an integral part of her life.
She received her B.A. in Dance and Integrated Arts at Bard College in 2001.
Her internship with El Museo del Barrio as an Education Intern opened her
eyes to the wonders of arts administration and community arts education.
As a Teaching Artist who creating and executing dance and theatre programs
for JHS aged children in the Bronx and Brooklyn with City Lights Theater.
Ms. Peña is now actively pursing her Masters in Education in the
fall of 2009. She is looking forward to being a support base for her fellow
educators and wonderful families at Discovery Programs.
