About the Class:
Looking for a fun, energizing workout that makes you feel amazing? This 50-minute Zumba class is designed for all levels – no dance experience needed! The class will start with 20 minutes of sculpt, followed by 30 minutes of Zumba.
Move to uplifting music, tone your body, and sweat away stress in a high-energy, feel-good atmosphere.
Come dance, have fun, and leave feeling strong, confident, and ready for anything!
Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.
