Payment accepted is American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, check or cash.
Classes are based upon a semester of dates and the price is calculated according to the number of classes per day of week. Parents can pay for a trial one time after the 2nd week of a class, based upon availability. Otherwise, we do not allow drop-ins.
There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $25 per individual or $35 per family, and a $50 non-refundable registration fee for our Early Childhood Programs. We offer a 10% sibling discount. There is also a 10% discount off a 2nd class and 15% discount off a 3rd class. Payment of registration fees and full class tuition is due at the time of registration, payable by check, cash or credit card. Please make checks payable to Discovery Programs (There is a $30 charge for returned checks.) We must receive signed parental agreements before students may start classes.
There is a $10 fee per additional payment if you choose to split the tuition into multiple
payments.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by phone before the third class.
No refunds will be offered after the third class. There is a $75 withdrawal fee and the $25
registration fee is non-refundable. A credit can be offered through the 6th class. No refunds or credits are given for Early Childhood Programs (On-My-Own, Almost On-My-Own) and Team Gymnastics. For an injury spanning more than two weeks (in which you would schedule 2 makeups), a doctor’s note must be provided and a credit will be offered for missed classes. Credits are valid for one year.
Each student is allowed one transfer per semester.
Each subsequent transfer will incur a charge of $10 per transfer.
