Discovery Programs is planning an important new program for Adults this fall that will focus on Mind/ Body movement and exciting dance classes. The classes will be led by outstanding master teachers and offered daily Monday -Thursday 1–1 1/4 hour classes.

We will begin Monday, September 15th, with one on Mondays and one on Tuesdays between Noon and 2:45 pm. After the Jewish Holidays, we will add more days, classes and teachers.

Single class drop-in fees are $16, and 4-class cards are $56, and good for 2 months.

The Program is recommended for beginning and advanced/beginner dancers as well as people with no dance experience, who want to:

• improve and maintain their alignment
• understand what muscles to engage in basic ballet steps or how to do a step rather than imitate it
• improve their balance in life as well as in dance
• develop strong and flexible legs, feet, arms and backs
• re-pattern how you function in your daily movement for those with back. hip, knee and feet issues
• enjoy fun and expressive dance combinations with beautiful music accompaniment

The teachers have been hand-picked for their deep knowledge of movement. They include two of the best teachers in New York:

• Dori Manasevit, Beginning Ballet Monday 12:45-2:00pm
• Jodi Moccia, Zena Rommett® Floor Barre Tuesday 1:15-2:30pm

They will illuminate for you how to move better and more productively.
